Our client, a renowned Children’s Supported Living service in Manchester, provides exceptional care and support for children and young people with challenging behavior, mental health issues, learning difficulties, and autism.

We are excited to partner with them in their search for compassionate and dedicated day and night support workers to join their expanding team.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar environment
Proven Skills: Experience working with children/young people in residential settings or as a teaching assistant for children with special needs

Your Role:
Personalised Support: Tailor your approach to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Variety of Duties: Engage in activities ranging from supporting young people and conducting checks to performing light cleaning duties.
