Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a multi-occupancy residential home for up to four children. The role involves creating and maintaining a therapeutic, child-centered environment using approaches such as Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (DDP) and PACE to support children in healing and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the home’s daily operations with a focus on quality and care

Lead, develop, and support a team to deliver exceptional residential care

Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Collaborate with senior leadership to meet strategic and care objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
-
At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role (Deputy Managers and Team Leaders welcome)

Proven leadership and sound decision-making under pressure
