Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered support in supported living, residential homes, nursing homes, or children’s services.
• Assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
• Support daily activities, such as personal care, cooking, shopping, and social outings.
• Offer emotional support and build positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Carer in the UK.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK (unfortunately, no sponsorship available).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• A driving license is preferred (but not essential).
