Ashia’s journey is all about making a difference. Her career in health and social care began in 2003 as a Support Worker in adult services. By 2007, she had progressed to Deputy Manager for a 4-bed ASD service, a role she held until 2010 when she was internally promoted to Manager of Supported Living, University, and Community Services, which included employment-based support.
In 2014, she became Registered Manager of an 8-bed home where she was instrumental in improving the working practices and subsequently achieving an improved “Good” rating in 2018. From February 2022 to June 2023, Ashie embraced a new challenge as a Home Manager for a children’s service, contributing to a “Good” Ofsted inspection.
Now, Ashie brings her wealth of experience to S.N.G. Healthcare as part of our Temporary Staff and Compliance team. You will even find her working a shift from to time alongside our support team.
Family first. Outside of work, Ashie cherishes quality time with her son.
