The Role:
We are seeking committed and experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our team in Manchester. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in a residential setting, helping them to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and support for children with EBD.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
• Assist in planning and participating in activities and routines.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
• Act as a positive role model and work collaboratively with other professionals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in children’s residential care or similar roles.
• Understanding of emotional and behavioural difficulties and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with children and young people.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
