Registered Manager | Elderly Residential Care | Quality-Driven Service | New Forest

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected, family-led care provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, established elderly residential service in Hampshire.

The service offers a welcoming, supportive environment where residents are encouraged to live with dignity, purpose, and choice.
A committed and experienced care team is already in place, supported by a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and local community connections.

This is not a turnaround role — the service is stable and well-regarded.
The right candidate will continue to nurture quality, enhance team development, and take ownership of the home’s next chapter.

If you are looking for a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact without corporate red tape, this could be your next step.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on leadership to a dedicated and experienced care team.
• Maintain strong regulatory compliance across governance, safeguarding, and quality audits.
• Promote a culture of choice, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.
• Lead continuous quality improvements across all operational areas.
• Develop staff skills through mentorship, coaching, and training initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with families, external stakeholders, and local communities.
• Manage service budgets effectively to ensure sustainability and high-quality delivery.
• Foster a warm, safe, and enriching home environment.

Candidate Requirements:
• Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Senior management experience within elderly residential care.
• Deep understanding of CQC regulations and governance best practice.
• Strong, calm leadership style focused on supporting people and building resilient teams.
• Organised, resilient, and committed to delivering service excellence.
• Financially astute with practical experience managing service budgets.
• Full commitment to on-site leadership (this is not a hybrid or remote role).

In return, you will receive:
• Salary of £40,000–£45,000 per annum.
• 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.
• Workplace pension scheme.
• Full leadership autonomy with supportive senior management, no unnecessary corporate barriers.
• Opportunity to make a lasting difference in a well-regarded, values-driven service.

If you are ready to build something lasting, lead with heart, and be trusted to do your best work, we would welcome your application.

Please apply by submitting your CV and a summary of your leadership experience to: ebeleo@snghealthcare.co.uk
Alternatively, contact Ebele Ossai, Recruitment Director, on 02380 118 228 for a confidential discussion.

This vacancy is advertised by S.N.G Healthcare Limited, a specialist recruitment partner in senior care leadership appointments across the adult and children’s care sectors. All applications will be handled in strict confidence.
