Salary: Up to £30,070 + Sleep ins at £66 (Typically 7-8 a month)
Contract Type – Full time (40 hrs per week)
Required
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care
- 2 Years Experience in Residential Child Care
- UK Driving Licence

Job Description
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of each young person by addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
- Maintaining appropriate supervision and control of children and young people at all times.
- Collaborating with parents, families, carers, and other professionals to advocate for, protect, and enhance the welfare of children and young people.
- Working various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and overnight stays, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, both within the Homes and during residential trips.
