Job Title: Senior – Children’s Services

Salary: £28,080 + Sleep ins
Contract Type – Full time (40 hrs per week)
Required
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care
- 2 years experience in residential childcare

Job Description
- Communicating goals and deadlines to colleagues, ensuring clear and consistent information regarding the needs, risks, and relevant details of young people and children.
- Planning workloads and delegating tasks to colleagues through communication platforms and direct interactions.
- Creating a productive work environment by offering high levels of support, fostering trust, and implementing effective strategies to promote positive outcomes and development.
- Assessing team performance and providing constructive feedback to employees on their performance and learning progress.
