6. Key Skills and Experience:
Your unique abilities are what our client is looking for:
- Ability to plan and lead shifts, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Experience working with children with learning difficulties and challenging behavior.
- NVQ 3 (or above) in Children and Young People or similar qualification.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and resilience in working with children.
