📍 Location: Glossop
💰 Salary: £26,000–£27,200 + Sleep-in shifts (£70 per night, approx. 4–6 per month)
🕒 Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (Essential)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential Child Care

• Full UK Driving Licence – Manual (Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the safety and wellbeing of every young person, meeting their care, educational, emotional, social, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.

• Provide consistent supervision and maintain appropriate boundaries and control.

• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to advocate for each child’s best interests.

• Work across a flexible rota including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight stays.

• Participate in residential trips and activities.
