Job Description
- Prioritising the safety and well-being of every young person by meeting their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
- Providing constant and appropriate supervision and control of children and young people.
- Partnering with parents, families, carers, and other professionals to advocate for, protect, and improve the welfare of children and young people.
- Working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and overnight stays, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, both within the Homes and during residential trips.
