Registered Manager | Mental Health (Residential) | Bexhill-on-Sea

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established, privately owned mental health provider with six services across Kent, Sussex, and Medway.

They’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 15-bed residential mental health service in Bexhill-on-Sea. The home is CQC-rated Good, well-staffed, and supported by the local authority. This isn’t a turnaround, but it does need someone steady, values-led, and confident holding leadership responsibility.

The salary is £52.5K, plus a quarterly performance bonus worth up to £5,825/year. You’ll also get private healthcare (post-probation), a pension, and a genuinely supportive senior team who will trust you to lead without micromanagement.

What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager

• QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)

• Background in adult mental health care (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar, EUPD)

• Experience running a residential service

• A proven Good CQC track record

• Commutable to Bexhill-on-Sea (or planning to relocate)

• Driver preferred
