Registered Manager | Live-In Care | Elderly Domiciliary Service

Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take ownership of a growing live-in care service?

Do you feel restricted in your current role or want the autonomy to lead a team and shape service quality without constant red tape?

S.N.G Healthcare is working with an established provider that supports older adults through bespoke, high-quality live-in care. The service has a stable foundation, a committed team, and strong systems in place, but it now needs a confident Registered Manager to take it forward.

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee service delivery, compliance, staffing, and growth. You will have the freedom to implement improvements and lead a live-in team working on a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off shift model.

You will be expected to:

·       Build and lead a stable, high-performing live-in care team

·        Ensure regulatory excellence and support future inspection readiness

·        Deliver personalised care for elderly clients living independently at home

·        Manage rotas, continuity of care, crisis response, and documentation

·        Lead on staff selection, training, retention, and performance

·        Shape long-term service delivery and drive continuous quality enhancement

To be considered, you will need:

  •         Registered Manager experience in live-in, domiciliary, or residential care (2+ years minimum)
  •         Proven record improving or sustaining CQC ratings (e.g. from RI to Good)
  •         NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership (or working towards it)
  •         Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and elderly care best practice
  •         Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region
