Registered Manager | Residential Elderly Care | Full Time
Location: Hampshire Area
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 including Bonus

We’re supporting a well-respected care provider in Hampshire in recruiting a Registered Manager for one of their homes for older people.

The home is in a good place. It’s running well with a settled team, strong systems, and steady occupancy. This is a smooth handover, not a turnaround. There are no big issues to fix, just a great opportunity for someone to come in and lead the next chapter.

If you’re a Deputy who’s been ready to step up but haven’t had the chance, or a Registered Manager looking for more autonomy and a fresh setting, this could be the next move for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home
• Supporting and developing a loyal, long-standing team
• Managing audits, compliance, and quality assurance
• Taking charge of rotas, staffing, care planning, and budgets
• Building good relationships with families, professionals, and your team
• Creating a calm, person-centred care culture

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy with leadership responsibilities
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and governance
• A calm, confident leadership style
• Someone who brings structure, clarity, and consistency to their work
