Job Title: Registered Manager

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of domiciliary care services
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
- Oversee staff recruitment, supervision, and ongoing development
- Promote a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement
- Develop care packages tailored to individual needs and goals
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure quality assurance processes are upheld
Requirements
- Must have previously held Registered Manager status
- Current or previous CQC registration essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in domiciliary or community-based care settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, responsive service
- Must be located within a 1-hour commute of Totton or Lymington
