Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Totton & Lymington
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of domiciliary care services
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
  • Oversee staff recruitment, supervision, and ongoing development
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Develop care packages tailored to individual needs and goals
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure quality assurance processes are upheld

 

Requirements

  • Must have previously held Registered Manager status
  • Current or previous CQC registration essential
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in domiciliary or community-based care settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, responsive service
  • Must be located within a 1-hour commute of Totton or Lymington
