Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Services
Location: Mossley Hill
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum +Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 1 day WFH)

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to help shape brighter futures for the children and young people in our care.

As a Registered Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, ensuring the home runs smoothly and every young person receives the highest standard of care. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring efficient and consistent operations.

  • Team Support: Supervise, guide, and mentor staff, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.

  • Organisation: Manage rotas, coordinate child-focused training, and ensure young people have access to the right services and support.

  • On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call rota to support the home outside of core hours.
