Location: Manchester
Salary: £49,500 – £53,500 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Bonus: Up to £11,000 in performance-related bonuses

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the home
- Champion trauma-informed care and drive positive outcomes for young people
- Maintain compliance with safeguarding, quality, and Ofsted requirements
- Build and retain a high-performing team through coaching and development
- Foster meaningful relationships with professionals, families, and regulators
- Create a culture of learning, accountability, and care
Requirements
We’re looking to connect with experienced leaders who:
- Are currently working at Deputy Manager level or higher in children’s residential care (essential)
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or are working towards it)
- Have successfully led or contributed to Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Demonstrate confident, values-driven leadership
- Are passionate about therapeutic care and putting children first
