Salary: £49,500 – £53,500 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Bonus: Up to £11,000 in performance-related bonuses

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the home
• Champion trauma-informed care and drive positive outcomes for young people
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, quality, and Ofsted requirements
• Build and retain a high-performing team through coaching and development
• Foster meaningful relationships with professionals, families, and regulators
• Create a culture of learning, accountability, and care

Requirements

We’re looking to connect with experienced leaders who:

• Are currently working at Deputy Manager level or higher in children’s residential care (essential)
• Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or are working towards it)
• Have successfully led or contributed to Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Demonstrate confident, values-driven leadership
• Are passionate about therapeutic care and putting children first
