• Setting up and managing a brand-new children’s home

• Leading the Ofsted registration process with confidence

• Creating a nurturing space where children feel safe, heard, and valued

• Recruiting and supporting a passionate care team

• Putting children at the centre of every decision—always

• Championing kindness, growth, and resilience

• Building relationships with families, professionals, and wider networks

• Making safeguarding a priority, every single day

🙌 What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 2+ years as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care

• Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural needs

• A proven track record of successfully navigating the Ofsted registration process

Qualifications:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• A full UK driving licence + your own vehicle

• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
