Interim Team Leader – Supported Living (Epilepsy Trained)

⏰ 3-Month Contract | 40 Hours Per Week | Days Only
We are urgently seeking an experienced Team Leader to support a supported accommodation service on an interim basis (2–3 months).
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead shifts, support the rota, and provide guidance to the team during a period of change.

Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader
✔️ Confident leading staff and managing the rota
✔️ Epilepsy trained (essential)
✔️ Right to Work in the UK (essential)
✔️ Enhanced DBS (update service preferred)
✔️ Up-to-date mandatory training
