About the Company

Our client is an AI company entering a crucial scaling phase ahead of Series A. The platform is a Snowflake native app that supports complex enterprise data environments across logistics, private credit and security. They now need a Head of Platform who can bring structure, scale and discipline to the technical foundations.

This role exists because the next stage of growth depends on platform performance, clarity and integration maturity.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Platform to own platform architecture, integrations, performance and readiness for scale. You will drive improvements in Data Central (the company’s ingestion and transformation portal), lead integrations across Snowflake, Databricks and Azure, and enforce technical discipline across the team.

This is not a big tech role.
This is for someone hungry, ambitious and proven in a scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture across Snowflake, Azure and Databricks

• Drive performance, reliability and platform scale across live use cases

• Lead upgrades and development of Data Central

• Improve ingestion flows, transformations and system integrations

• Build documentation, standards and workflows that create clarity

• Collaborate with testing, engineering and product teams

• Ensure the platform is ready for AI agent workflows and future quantum integrations

• Hold the bar on technical execution and remove blockers proactively

Non Negotiable Requirements

• Experience building or scaling a platform in a startup or scale up

• Evidence of contributing to a product that reached enterprise customers

• Strong grounding in Snowflake, Azure, Databricks or similar ecosystems

• Clear, structured approach to documentation and engineering ownership

• Comfort guiding junior engineers and interns

Nice to Have

• Exposure to knowledge graphs, NLP or retrieval systems

• Familiarity with security, private data environments or compliance

• Interest in emerging quantum and QNLP technologies
