Your Role

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, ensuring the home runs smoothly and that every young person receives the highest standard of care. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and support a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, ensuring the home operates efficiently and consistently.

• Team Support: Supervise, guide, and mentor staff—creating a positive, high-performing team culture.

• Organisation: Manage rotas, coordinate child-focused training, and ensure young people have access to the right services and support.

• On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call rota to support the home outside of core hours.
