Salary:£11.44 and up DOE
Shifts: 12 hour shifts,
The role:
The Key Worker role is crucial in providing ongoing support to individuals, This role involves:

Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and open communication.

Monitoring Progress: Continuously monitoring the client’s progress, making adjustments to the support plan as necessary, and ensuring that the services provided are effective.

Advocacy: Acting as an advocate for the client, ensuring they have access to the resources and services they need to improve their situation.

Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate support and intervention in crisis situations to ensure the client’s safety and well-being.
