Your Impact

As a Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the comprehensive care and support for individuals aged 10 to 25 in a residential setting. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping an environment that fosters safety, growth, and healing for youth with complex needs.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Children and Young People’s Services.
• Has a proven track record with at least 3 years of management experience in children’s residential settings.
• Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to making a positive impact on young lives.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding and inspiring a dedicated team towards excellence in care.
