We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Adult Residential Support Worker to join our team in North Baddesley. You will support adults in a residential care setting, promoting independence, dignity, and an active lifestyle. This role is ideal for someone with experience in adults residential care who is confident supporting individuals with varying needs and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Job Title: Adults Residential Support Worker

Location: North Baddesley

Salary: £30,000 per year

Contract Type: Full time – Days


Requirements:

  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Must have experience working in adults residential care
  • Must have a full UK driving licence

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting service users with personal care, cooking, and cleaning
  • Acting as a key worker and completing required reports and paperwork
  • Encouraging engagement in community activities and attending appointments
  • Using service users’ vehicles for outings and activities
  • Assisting with de-escalation and managing challenging behaviours (training provided)
