An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a multi-occupancy residential home for up to four children in Romsey. The role involves creating and maintaining a therapeutic, child-centered environment using approaches such as Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (DDP) and PACE to support children in healing and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the home’s daily operations with a focus on quality and care

  • Lead, develop, and support a team to deliver exceptional residential care

  • Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with relevant standards and regulations

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to meet strategic and care objectives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare

  • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role (Deputy Managers and Team Leaders welcome)

  • Proven leadership and sound decision-making under pressure
