We’re recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a 60-bed residential care home located just outside the historic market town of Marlborough. The service offers residential, dementia, respite, and day care, with a household model and long-standing presence in the local community.

This is a full-time, permanent leadership role with full operational accountability and the opportunity to step into a stable but evolving home, backed by one of the UK’s most established not-for-profit care providers. You’ll be joining at a time when strong leadership, commercial awareness, and consistent culture-building are needed to drive things forward.

The role is Monday to Friday, supported by a proactive senior team and structured regional support.

Home Manager | Elderly Residential & Dementia | Marlborough, Wiltshire | £55K–£65K + Benefits

As Home Manager, you will:
• Lead the operational delivery of a 60-bed residential and dementia service
• Oversee care quality, compliance, safeguarding, and audits
• Drive staff performance, recruitment, and team development
• Manage occupancy, budgets, and resource planning with autonomy
• Strengthen relationships with families, professionals, and the local community
• Work with internal stakeholders on quality improvement and strategic planning
• Create a culture where high standards and development are the norm
• Ensure CQC expectations and internal governance are consistently met

What we’re looking for:
• Experienced Home Manager or confident Deputy ready to step up
• Proven background in elderly and/or dementia care (non-nursing)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or close to completion)
• Skilled in compliance, team management, and service improvement
• Commercially aware with confident communication and visible leadership style
• Based within commutable distance of Marlborough, or open to relocating
