We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Team Leader to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people aged 11–17 in a residential care setting in Manchester.

📍 Location: Manchester
💷 Salary: £28,080 + Additional Sleep-In Payments
🕒 Contract Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (Essential)

• 🧒 Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare

• 💬 Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

• ❤️ Commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care

About the Role:

• Creating a culture of support, trust, and development
