Requirements

Must have the right to live and work in the UK

Must hold a current CQC registration as a Registered Manager

Must have experience managing adult services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism

Must hold a UK driving license

Must have demonstrable leadership experience in a regulated care setting
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of an established residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Tyldesley. The role is part of a high-performing team and offers the chance to lead a well-supported service, with interviews being held this week (including both internal and agency candidates).
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is already CQC registered and looking to bring their expertise to a stable, professional, and values-driven provider.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the daily running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and promoting a high-quality, person-centred approach to care. You will work alongside a supportive senior leadership team and be instrumental in continuing to build a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for service users.
Key Responsibilities

Fulfil all duties of a Registered Manager as outlined under the Health and Social Care Act and CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)

Lead and support your team to maintain a safe and supportive environment

Oversee staffing, supervision, training, and professional development

Ensure high standards of care planning, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance

Work in partnership with families, local authorities, and external professionals

Contribute to continuous service development and positive outcomes for individuals
