Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable Support Worker to join a care package supporting a young lady living independently with a brain injury.
Although she leads an active life and manages her daily needs, she requires consistent prompting, safeguarding oversight, and physical support where necessary.

This is a role for a professional who understands the balance between encouraging independence and ensuring safety, without taking over or patronising.
You will need to be patient, proactive, and capable of supporting her emotionally and practically across all areas of daily life, including education.
