Senior Residential Support Worker (Female Only)
Location: Glossop
Salary: £29,800 – £32,000 per annum + Sleep-ins (£70 each, typically 4–6 per month)
Contract Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care

Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Residential Child Care

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our supportive team in Glossop. Our residential care facilities offer high-quality support to young people, helping them overcome challenges and build brighter futures. Key Responsibilities

Promote the safety, well-being, and development of young people in your care.

Provide support across all areas including education, social and emotional well-being, therapeutic interventions, and health needs.

Maintain appropriate levels of supervision and control in all settings.

Collaborate effectively with families, carers, social workers, and other professionals.

Work a flexible shift pattern including early mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in duties. Some overnight trips may also be required.
