💰 Salary: £30,100 – £31,000 + Sleep-in Enhancements
📅 Contract Type: Permanent | Full Time – 40 hrs/week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating a warm, safe, and stable home where children can feel secure, supported, and empowered

• Supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, and educational needs – helping them grow in confidence and independence

• Collaborating with professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child

• Engaging in therapeutic, recreational, and everyday activities – no two days are ever the same!

• Writing clear and accurate reports to support safeguarding and care plans

• Working shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins on a fair rota basis

You’ll Need To Have:

• ✅ The legal right to live and work in the UK

• 🚗 A full UK driving licence – driving is essential

• 💪 A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people

Someone who’s calm under pressure, great at managing conflict, and always puts children’s wellbeing first. If you have experience in residential care, EBD, supported living, or similar – fantastic! If not, but you’re eager to learn and make a difference – we’ll invest in you.
