Your Responsibilities – As an integral part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and monitoring patients.
• Developing positive behavioral plans.
• Gaining an understanding of managing shifts with guidance.
• Completing first-level assessments of patient needs and documenting on care plans.
• Planning, delivering, and evaluating care programs from admission to discharge/transfer.
• Identifying individual nursing problems and needs, planning, and implementing care.
• Competently administering medications to medium-risk patients.

Your specialisms may be – Explore diverse specializations, including Substance Misuse, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Eating Disorders, Younger Adults, Alcohol Dependency, Medium Secure and Low Secure, Mental Illness, and Elderly Care.
