Contract Type – Full time (37.5 hrs per week)
Required
- NVQ level 3 in Residential Child Care
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
About the role:
Join us in making a difference in children’s lives by providing strong, proactive leadership for our residential homes.
We seek a passionate and dedicated leader with experience in children’s social care. You will play a key role in supervising and managing our homes, ensuring top-quality care in line with our values and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- – Oversee and maintain high standards of care.
- – Ensure sufficient, well-trained staff are in place.
- – Work with Ofsted to register and manage homes as the Responsible Individual.
- – Provide guidance and supervision to residential managers.
- – Collaborate with the operations team to address organizational needs.
- – Support financial management and resource allocation.
- – Ensure child-centered care plans are implemented and regularly updated.
- – Participate in staff disciplinary procedures and recruitment processes.
