Southampton and surrounding areas (multiple sites)
£35,000 – £43,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Are you an RMN with a valid NMC pin, looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated nurse to join our children’s residential company, supporting across several homes in the Southampton area.

This is a varied role where you’ll bring your clinical expertise, compassion, and resilience to a team committed to providing safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environments for children and young people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing clinical input across multiple residential sites

• Supporting care staff with training, guidance, and best practice

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and interventions

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC pin

• Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Flexible, proactive and able to work across multiple sites

What’s on offer:
