Registered Manager | Residential Care | Full Time
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re hiring a strong Registered Manager to take the lead at an established residential care home in Fareham.

This role needs someone confident, hands-on, and experienced in stabilising services, leading teams, and keeping standards high. You’ll be trusted to run the home day-to-day, with support from a responsive senior team that gives you the space to manage properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and develop the staff team
• Oversee compliance, audits, and CQC standards
• Manage care plans, rotas, staffing, and budgets
• Build trusted relationships with families and professionals
• Create a calm, safe, resident-focused environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered/Home Manager
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and residential care regulations
• Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership skills
