Registered Manager – Children’s Services

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering the highest standard of care to vulnerable young people? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Registered Manager.
About the role:
As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, directing, and managing our residential children’s service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations, supervising and mentoring staff, organising work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home.
About you:
They are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, energy, and self-motivation who are dedicated to making a genuine difference in the lives of others. You should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services or an equivalent qualification. Experience in partnership collaboration with key stakeholders, including families, Social Workers, Ofsted, and other professionals, is essential.

Key Objectives:
- Organise, manage and supervise residential services for children.

- Contribute to overall strategic planning and management of the service.
- Lead the team to ensure effective service delivery in compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve services based on user feedback, performance data, and stakeholder input.
