Job Title:             Registered Children’s Manager

Location:             Bexhill – on – Sea

Salary:                 From £40k-£55k (DOI)

Contract Type:    Permanent 40 hours a week

Requirements

•          Must have the right to live and work in the UK
•          Must Be a driver and have a UK License
•         Must have experience working in children’s residential

About the role

·         Lead the opening of a brand-new home supporting young people With EBD

·         Inspire and manage a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care to children aged 8-18.

·         Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.

·         Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.

·         Create a nurturing environment that promotes emotional, physical, and social development.

·         Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain the smooth operation of the home.

·         Support and mentor staff, promoting their professional development and wellbeing.

·         Foster an environment conducive to the growth and development of both staff and residents, with a commitment to fairness and efficiency.
