We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Winchester, Hampshire. This four-bed service will support children with emotional and behavioural needs, and you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing space from day one. 💷 £45,000 – £58,000 DOE + bonus potential
🕒 37.5 hours a week
🌴 33 days off a year (yes, that includes bank holidays)

🙌 What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 2+ years as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care

• Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural needs

• A proven track record of successfully navigating the Ofsted registration process

Qualifications:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• A full UK driving licence + your own vehicle

• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
