📍 Location: Central Manchester
💷 Salary: £65,000 per annum
🕒 Contract: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) + Rotational On-Call

Are you a passionate leader with a heart for nurturing young lives?
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ children’s homes in Central Manchester—a 2-bedded and a single-bedded home. Both homes are fully staffed and currently occupied, providing a stable and supportive environment for the children.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire teams to create a positive, nurturing environment for children.

• Ensure compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000 and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations.

• Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, safeguarding practices, and budget management.

• Collaborate with the Head of Care and a supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for the children.

What We’re Looking For:

• Right to live and work in the UK.

• Experience in children’s residential care.

• UK driving license.

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
