Job Title – Clinical Lead

Salary – £60,000 per annum

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join a specialist service supporting individuals with eating disorders. In this senior role, you’ll provide clinical direction, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the highest standards of therapeutic care are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team

• Oversee care planning, risk management, and clinical decision-making

• Deliver and model best practice in eating disorder treatment

• Provide staff supervision, mentoring, and training

• Uphold safeguarding and regulatory standards

• Contribute to service development and quality improvement

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or HCPC-registered professional

• Significant experience in eating disorder services

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to evidence-based care

• Understanding of therapeutic models and trauma-informed approaches
