We’re hiring a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed Ofsted-registered children’s home in Maghull, supporting young people with autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs. Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Maghull
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 per annum + up to £3,000 performance-related bonus
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities

Lead the home and ensure the delivery of safe, structured, therapeutic care

Manage and develop a skilled, consistent team

Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies

Maintain compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards

Promote positive outcomes in education, health, and emotional wellbeing
-
Support a culture of learning, accountability, and child-centred practice
Requirements
-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care within the last 5 years
-
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

Strong understanding of autism, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Enhanced DBS and full employment history
