Job Title: Children Registered Manager
Location: Manchester
Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in Manchester with ambitious growth objectives, seeks a dedicated Children’s Registered Manager to lead their commitment to delivering exceptional care standards.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a residential children’s service with unwavering adherence to Ofsted Regulations.
– Provide staff mentorship and supervision.
– Effectively manage work schedules.
– Facilitate specialised care training.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services, or equivalent qualification.
– Proven experience fostering harmonious collaboration with critical stakeholders, including families, Social Workers, Ofsted, and other professionals.
– Minimum of 2 years relevant management experience in a similar role within a childcare residential setting.
– Good/Outstanding Ofsted rating.
– Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services, or equivalent qualification.
