Nursing Home Care Assistant

We are a Hampshire-based staffing agency working with clients in the South. Their primary concern is the welfare of the residents they support, looking after their physical as well as emotional, and social needs.

As a Nursing Home Care Assistant, your role will be but not limited to:

Assisting residents with tasks such as personal care, dressing, eating, and toileting.

You will also assist in cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bedding when the need arises.

You are also responsible for encouraging residents to participate in social and recreational activities.
