Registered Manager (Childrens Home) – Southampton – £35,000 – £45,000 Doe
S.N.G Healthcare Group is working with a leading Children’s Home provider in Hampshire
The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have complex needs

As the Childrens Home Registered Manager, your role will be as follows:
Manage the home day to day in accordance to Ofsted and children’s home regulations
Manage a team of qualified children’s home professionals
Ensure all young people’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing is at the forefront of all care plans Lead the home through all Ofsted inspections and achieve minimum ‘Good’
Maintain a high standard of care at all times
This is a full-time role where you will provide direct and hands on, day to day leadership to a team consisting of support workers and a Deputy Manager.
To be considered for this Childrens Home Registered Manager position, all applicants should have the following:
Recent experience working either as a Registered Manager or as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager in a Children’s Home.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
Full UK Driving Licence
Salary and Benefits
