Recruitment is in Rebecca’s blood. She’s been hooked for over 20 years, riding the rollercoaster of highs and lows. Every twist and turn has taught her valuable lessons!
From theatre scrubs to recruitment suits! Rebecca’s career journey began in the NHS as a theatre practitioner. One day, fancying a change from the 9 hour days of the bright lights of an operating theatre, she stumbled into a high street agency in Southampton, and the rest is history.
Experience is her middle name. Rebecca’s recruitment career spans large corporations like Robert Half and boutique agencies like People Prospect Solutions, where she became Director. Now, as S.N.G. Healthcare’s Operations Director, she uses her expertise to coach, manage, and guide our recruitment team.
Supermum, wife, daughter, and friend. Rebecca enjoys precious downtime with loved ones. Good food, great conversation, and fun company are her recipe for relaxation.

A Former Youth Olympian with a fighting spirit! Before joining our team, Sharissa was a Team GB Olympic athlete in Taekwondo! Dedication, discipline, and a strategic mindset were her keys to success, qualities that now shine through in her recruitment career.
Gets the Job Done. Starting in payroll in 2021, she quickly discovered her passion for recruitment. With experience in customer service and as a support worker, she thrives in her full 360 recruitment role, finding immense satisfaction in seeing placements through from start to finish.
