Home Manager | Elderly Residential / Nursing | Colchester Area
We’re recruiting for a compassionate, values-led Home Manager to lead a dual-registered elderly care service in the Colchester area. This is a full-time, permanent role overseeing a residential and nursing care home with a strong local reputation, now entering a new phase of leadership and development.
The service has a clinical team in place, but now needs a visible, steady leader to take full ownership of operations, compliance, care delivery, and culture. You’ll be supported by a stable senior leadership team, with autonomy to run the home your way while meeting CQC expectations and occupancy targets.
This is a Monday-to-Friday role with occasional on-call requirements. A clinical background (NMC PIN) is ideal but not essential for the right leader with relevant experience in residential or nursing management.
