Our client is looking for a Support worker in Ipswich to support a young man living with profound learning disabilities at home with his family.

He is non-verbal and immobile but thrives with consistent, compassionate care.
You’ll work alongside the existing team to build strong relationships, create a routine, and help him live life fully.

Key Details:

• Shifts: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays – 8:00am–8:00pm
• 2:1 Staffing, you’ll always have team support
• Must have a full, clean UK driving licence and drive an automatic mobility vehicle
• Confidence in swimming is essential
• Physically active role as supporting mainly at the floor level
